Our service fee is a flat ₩3,000 per order (free for orders over ₩100,000). It is included in your first payment with no hidden charges.

1–5 business days for domestic delivery to our center, plus 3–14 days for international shipping. Japan averages ~7 days; US & EU 7–14 days.

We support PayPal and credit cards. (Credit card processing is currently under review by the PG company and will be completed within 2 weeks.) The first payment includes the product price + fees, and the second payment covers international shipping costs and taxes after inspection.

You can cancel before we purchase. Card payments are refunded in full — no cancellation fee. For PayPal orders placed on or after October 1, 2026, the refund is reduced by the PayPal processing fee, because PayPal does not return that fee when a payment is cancelled; this is the processor's policy, not ours. Orders placed before that date are refunded in full, with nothing deducted. After purchase, refunds follow the seller's policy.

We support over 10,000 Korean online shopping malls, including Coupang, Musinsa, Olive Young, 29CM, Zigzag, SSG, and Naver Smart Store. If you find that a store is not supported, please let our customer service know, and we will assist you in connecting as soon as possible.
