Shop Korea, Delivered to Your Door

Our service fee is a flat ₩3,000 per order (free for orders over ₩100,000). It is included in your first payment. Orders that need extra handling carry an additional fee — ₩3,000 for pre-order items, 5% of the product price for delivery to an address inside Korea, and ₩15,000 when our contracted carriers cannot accept the item and we have to use another route. Every fee is listed on our pricing page, and we tell you before we proceed if one applies. Secondhand orders are charged a handling fee of 5% of the item price (replacing the new-item fee, rounded to KRW, no order-value waiver) and a ₩5,000 basic inspection.

1–5 business days for domestic delivery to our center, plus 3–14 days for international shipping. Japan averages ~7 days; US & EU 7–14 days.

We support PayPal and credit cards. (Credit card processing is currently under review by the PG company and will be completed within 2 weeks.) The first payment includes the product price + fees, and the second payment covers international shipping costs and taxes after inspection.

You can cancel before we purchase. Card payments are refunded in full — no cancellation fee. PayPal payments are refunded minus the PayPal processing fee, because PayPal does not return that fee when a payment is cancelled; this is the processor's policy, not ours. After purchase, refunds follow the seller's policy.

We support over 10,000 Korean online shopping malls, including Coupang, Musinsa, Olive Young, 29CM, Zigzag, SSG, and Naver Smart Store. If you find that a store is not supported, please let our customer service know, and we will assist you in connecting as soon as possible.
